At The Arieli Collection, we take pride in accurately representing every timepiece we offer. We understand that purchasing a luxury watch is a significant decision, and we encourage buyers to review all photographs, specifications, and included accessories before completing a purchase.

Returns Within 24 Hours

Buyers may request a return directly with The Arieli Collection within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for an approved return, the watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, together with all original contents, accessories, packaging, and documentation.

For approved returns requested within the 24-hour window:

• No restocking fee applies.

• Original shipping costs and insured return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

• Credit card processing and cryptocurrency transaction fees are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• The watch and all included contents must pass our return inspection before a refund is issued.

All returns require prior authorization from The Arieli Collection.

Returns Requested After 24 Hours

Returns requested after the initial 24-hour window are not eligible for our standard return process.

At our discretion, we may consider the watch for a trade-in or direct purchase based on its condition, current market value, and the circumstances of the transaction.

In these situations:

• The amount offered may differ from the original purchase price.

• A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply depending on the specific watch and transaction.

• Any applicable shipping, payment processing, or other agreed transaction costs may affect the final amount offered.

Acceptance of a watch after the standard return period is not guaranteed. Any trade-in or repurchase arrangement must be approved by The Arieli Collection.

Return Shipping and Insurance

For every approved return, The Arieli Collection will provide a prepaid, fully insured return shipping label and specific packing and shipping instructions.

The provided label must be used, and all shipping instructions must be followed to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

For standard change-of-mind returns, the cost of the insured return label is deducted from the refund.

For an approved return resulting from a material discrepancy between the watch received and its description, or a valid claim under our Authenticity Guarantee, The Arieli Collection will cover the applicable insured return shipping costs.

Buyers should not independently ship or return a watch without receiving authorization and instructions from The Arieli Collection.

Failure to follow the provided instructions may compromise shipping insurance coverage and affect return eligibility.

Return Inspection and Refund Processing

Once a returned watch is received, it will be carefully inspected to confirm that the watch and all included contents match the original shipment and remain in the condition in which they were delivered.

If there is additional damage, missing contents, evidence of component swapping, unauthorized alterations, or suspected fraud, The Arieli Collection reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to refuse the return or adjust the refund or trade-in credit accordingly.

Once the inspection is completed and the return is approved, the applicable refund will be issued within 7 days, using the original payment method whenever possible.

The final refund amount will reflect any applicable shipping costs and other deductions disclosed in this policy, except where a qualifying claim or applicable law requires otherwise.

Authenticity and Condition Guarantee

Every timepiece offered by The Arieli Collection is guaranteed to be authentic.

Many watches in our inventory are pre-owned and may exhibit signs of wear consistent with their age, condition, and previous use. Product descriptions and photographs are intended to represent each watch as accurately as possible.

Buyers are encouraged to review all listing details and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

If a watch is found to be inauthentic or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate and resolve the issue under our Authenticity Guarantee.

Approved authenticity or material misrepresentation claims are handled separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns. The Arieli Collection will cover authorized return shipping for qualifying claims.

Nothing in this policy limits any nonwaivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Buyers are encouraged to inspect their watch and all included contents immediately upon delivery.

Any concerns regarding condition, functionality, or missing accessories should be reported promptly, preferably within the initial 24-hour inspection period.

Third-Party Marketplace Purchases

Watches purchased through third-party platforms, including eBay, Chrono24, or other marketplaces, may be subject to the return policies, authentication programs, payment procedures, and dispute resolution requirements of those platforms.

Where applicable, the marketplace's requirements and any mandatory consumer protections will govern.
