Commission:
Rates are determined by the watch's value,
market demand, and expected selling timeline.
A minimum commission of $500 plus applicable
shipping expenses applies. Final rates and
expenses are agreed upon in writing.
Consignment Period:
The initial term is 90 days, beginning once
the watch has been received, inspected,
and formally accepted.
Physical Possession:
All consigned watches must remain in the
possession of The Arieli Collection
throughout the active consignment period,
subject to the signed agreement.
Pricing:
The listing price, minimum acceptable sale
proceeds, and any proposed price adjustments
are established with the consignor before
implementation.
Early Withdrawal:
If withdrawal is requested after photography
or marketing has begun, a $200 withdrawal fee
applies in addition to applicable return
shipping expenses. Before that point, only
applicable shipping expenses are charged.
Withdrawal remains subject to any pending
transaction commitments under the agreement.
Expiration and Renewal:
If the watch remains unsold after 90 days,
the consignment may be renewed by mutual
agreement or the watch may be returned,
subject to applicable shipping expenses
and any separately approved costs.
Payment:
Consignment proceeds are typically disbursed
within 24 hours following buyer acceptance
and confirmation of cleared funds. Up to
five business days after finalization may be
required for verification and disbursement.
Submission of a watch for evaluation does
not establish a consignment relationship.
All consignments are subject to acceptance
and a separate written agreement covering
commission, expenses, custody, insurance,
withdrawal, and transaction terms.
