What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire or Zelle with no additional costs. We also accept major credit cards direct and Escrow options with fees and conditions to be discussed in person. We can also accept credit cards on our Chono24, eBay, or Value Your Watch Store for an added cost based on the marketplace.
Why are your prices sometimes higher than other sellers?
We try to price based on current market and factor in the intangibles like our commitment to service beyond the sale. Are prices negotiable? Often times. course! Feel free to ask us any questions and we will be happy to help. Click here for more info.

I really like a watch, but I’m a little low on funds right now.
If you purchase from our eBay or Chrono24 store, you may be able to qualify for 0% interest financing. Log on to your respective account to see if you qualify.
When will my watch arrive?
Most watches are sent the same business day that the payment clears and is shipped for overnight delivery. If payment clears after normal business hours or on the weekend, the watch will be shipped the next business day.
What happens if the watch gets lost or stolen in transit?
We ship our watches fully insured up to $150k in the US so in the event the watch gets lost or stolen, you get your money back. The packing process is recorded to ensure the watch was packed appropriately and in good condition for this very reason.
I won’t be home to sign for the watch. What can we do?
Our primary insurance carrier requires that we ship to a local FedEx for pickup with ID and signature. This is the preferred method for security and ease of mind. If you do prefer an at-home delivery, we can use our secondary, or tertiary insurance options.
Do I need to pay sales taxes?
All sales concluded within the state of Texas will require adding local sales tax on top of the agreed upon price. All purchases done through Chrono24 and eBay automatically need to pay tax as both of those marketplaces are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax. Texas buyers for auctions concluded on Grailzee will also need to add local sales tax on top of the final winning bid.
What about extra fees?
For deals utilizing an Escrow service, fees can be discussed during negotiations. Shipping is typically included but will be discussed if different. Those paying via credit card may need to add the credit processing fee on top of the agreed upon price. There are no added fees from us when paying via Zelle, or wire. Bank fees may apply.
I prefer to deal in person. Is this possible?
Absolutely! For everyone’s safety, we will require collecting some additional information before arranging an in-person transaction at our Fort Worth Office.
Do you ship Internationally?
International shipping is possible for many countries around the world. Send us an email to inquire if shipping to your country is possible and we will let you know. Keep in mind that you will be responsible for all import fees and shipping. Our insurance caps the amount depending on the country.
