AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

Every timepiece offered by The Arieli Collection is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Each watch is thoroughly inspected prior to sale to ensure accuracy and quality.

If you believe a watch is not authentic, you must provide a written inspection report from a qualified professional watchmaker within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, we will provide a return shipping label and issue a full refund upon receipt and inspection of the watch.

The watch must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered, including all original components. Any signs of tampering, swapped parts, or damage will result in a denial or adjustment of the refund.

Purchases made through third party platforms such as eBay are subject to their respective authentication programs.

PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, & PURCHASES

We accept payment via wire transfer, Zelle, escrow, cryptocurrency, and credit card. Wire and Zelle are preferred. Credit card payments are available at an additional 3.5% processing fee.

All payments must be fully cleared prior to shipment or local delivery.

A deposit may be required to secure a timepiece. Deposits are typically $500 or 10% depending on the piece and will hold the watch for a limited period. Unless otherwise stated, deposits and processing fees are non-refundable.

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed. For special order or sourced pieces, all sales are considered final. Any cancellation request may be subject to incurred costs, including processing fees and sourcing commitments.

All in stock pieces typically ship within two business days. Orders with cleared payment received before 3:00 PM Central Time can often ship the same business day. Shipments are insured and require signature upon delivery.

WARRANTY & REFUNDS

We provide a 12 month in house warranty on eligible watches that are no longer under factory warranty. This warranty covers issues arising from normal use. It does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage.

If your watch requires service within this period, we will coordinate repair through our trusted watchmakers.

We offer a 24 hour return window from the time of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, the watch must be in the same condition as received and include all original contents.

In the event of a return:

-All shipping costs, including original and return shipping, will be deducted from the refund
-Credit card and crypto processing fees are non-refundable
-A restocking fee may be applied depending on the piece and circumstances

Returns requested after 24 hours will be treated as a trade in or purchase and may be subject to adjusted valuation or additional fees.

All returns are inspected upon receipt. Any discrepancies in condition or contents may result in a reduced refund or denial.

BUY BACK & TRADES

We offer a buy back and trade program for watches purchased through The Arieli Collection.

Within 24 hours of delivery, you may return the watch in accordance with our return policy. Beyond that period, we are happy to discuss trade in or buy back options based on current market conditions.

Trade in value may differ from the original purchase price and is dependent on condition, market demand, and completeness of the set.

For trades, your watch must be sent to us first for inspection and verification. Once confirmed, we will finalize the transaction and ship your new piece or issue payment for any balance owed.

FIND YOUR LEGACY WATCH FINDER PROGRAM

Looking for something specific? Our Watch Finder service allows us to source a timepiece on your behalf.

A deposit is required to begin sourcing. Deposits are typically $1,000 or 5% depending on the watch and are non refundable once sourcing has begun.

If we are unable to source a watch that meets the agreed upon criteria within the specified timeframe, the deposit may be applied toward another piece or refunded at our discretion.

If a suitable watch is sourced and the client chooses not to proceed, the deposit remains non refundable.
